Adult Size accommodates a knife that is 3.25 inches when folded (typical pocket knife size)
Child Size accommodates a slightly smaller knife 2.5-3 inches, we suggest something like the Old Timer 30T
Orientation refers to how you draw your knife. Choose right- or left-handed based on your natural carry style—each sheath supports a smooth, forward draw that feels natural every time.
